A popular sea front hotel with yacht pontoon in Nidri, Lefkada
This popular and successful family run hotel is one of the best known in Nidri village – the busiest tourist destination on the island of Lefkas (Lefkada), Greece.
The hotel cooperates with several well known international tour operators during the busy summer months. The hotel’s own pontoon jetty is the base for a motorboat rental company and is used by two yacht companies as their operational base. The hotel therefore benefits from several extra revenue sources.

The hotel has good road connections to Athens, Delphi, and the whole of central & North West Greece making it ideal for touring. It is only 25 minutes drive to Vassiliki ferry port, from where one can take the car ferry to the neighbouring islands of Ithaka and Keffalonia.

– main building (3 floors) containing reception, lounge, bar, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, terraces with sea view, and many other facilities. The main building contains 4 standard bedrooms, 2 ‘one bedroom apartments’ and 1 ‘two bedroom apartment’. All with balcony, a/c, television and private bathroom.
– two ‘annexes’ in the grounds of the hotel containing a total of 16 studio bedrooms. All with full facilities.
The total building size at the moment is1600 m2, with building permission for a further 700 m2 if desired.
