Despite its close proximity to the mainland of Greece, the Island of Kalamos is beautifully unspoilt by tourism. Its crystal clear sea and tranquillity make it a favourite destination for yachts and dolphins. Its ferry link to the mainland make Kalamos easy to get to, but its charm make it very difficult to leave.
So far Kalamos is relatively ‘undiscovered’, and land prices here offer very good value. So property here could be considered good not only for development, but also for investment.
